This gave me some much needed hope. I was just diagnosed with type 2 4 months ago and it's hard making all the changes needed.

Great motivator story... I just began a Weight Watcher journey 4 days ago. So far, so good. I've tried everything under the sun...but I know that WW works. I too, am a borderline diabetic. Trying to keep it from getting worse. Also, need to get rid of my high BP and cholestrol numbers. GO FOR IT!

I started my journey January fist. So glad I found this clip. I have been stuck at the same weight for 2 weeks and that's with eating right and exercising. This gives me hope not to give up. If she can take off 100 I can take off this last 20.

I tried that code and it was not working. here is another link I pulled up on Bing. http://shine. yahoo.com/video/chan nel-26300794/second- act-jill-knapp-27272 617.html Great story. I am done 20 with 60 to go by the end of this year. I think the healthy way is the best way to get and keep off the weight.

I loved watching this. Kudos! Very inspirational. I do find it great that She did it the healthy way. I have done some big time incorporating vegetables into my diet and it has helped me lose some weight. I am inspired that she lost 100lbs I don't know anyone personally that has lost that much.

That's a really neat story. She really did change her life. I have lost 16 pounds since January 1st by adding vegetables to my diet. It really has helped me feel full in between meals.
